These Terms of Service govern your use of the AiReady NZ platform provided by Purelayer Ltd, a New Zealand registered company. By subscribing to or using AiReady NZ, you agree to these terms.
AiReady NZ is an online AI upskilling platform for New Zealand organisations. We provide access to 12 training modules, a manager dashboard, and related resources. Access is provided on a per-organisation flat fee basis.
When your organisation subscribes, you receive a licence to provide access to AiReady NZ content to all staff within your organisation for the duration of your subscription. This licence is non-transferable and non-sublicensable. You may not share your access credentials with organisations outside your own.
You agree to use AiReady NZ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
We take care to ensure the accuracy and currency of AiReady NZ content. Content is reviewed and updated regularly. However, the platform is provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing in the AiReady NZ platform constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. For specific legal or compliance questions relevant to your organisation, consult a qualified professional.
All content, design, frameworks, and materials on AiReady NZ are the intellectual property of Purelayer Ltd unless otherwise stated. The CORE prompting framework, module content, and cheat sheets are proprietary to Purelayer Ltd. Organisations may print and share cheat sheets internally for non-commercial use within their organisation. Any other reproduction or distribution requires written permission.
Subscription fees are as published on the AiReady NZ website. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent by email to the organisation manager at least 14 days before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the platform, contact us at lee@purelayer.co.nz and we will work to resolve it promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Purelayer Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of AiReady NZ. Our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by your organisation in that period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to organisation managers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
